From São Paulo to South Florida’s finest addresses.

Valentina Cruz arrived in Miami in 2009 with a degree in finance from the Getulio Vargas Foundation, fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and a conviction that the luxury real estate market was underserved by agents who cared more about volume than relationships.

She began her career at a small boutique brokerage in Coconut Grove — by choice, not circumstance. She wanted to learn the market at street level: walking every block, attending every open house, calling every listing agent to understand what the numbers on a sheet didn’t tell you.

By 2012, she had completed her first $10 million transaction. By 2015, she had crossed $250 million in career sales. By 2022, Forbes was calling her an authority on Miami’s luxury market. Through all of it, she has maintained one principle: every client gets the same agent they called on day one.

Today, Valentina works with a small, carefully curated number of clients at any given time — buyers and sellers who value depth over breadth, and who want an agent who will tell them the truth even when it’s inconvenient.
